TIPSY MAN' BRASS WALL PLATE
A brass wall plate with an engraved 'tipsy man' leaning on a lamp post. I think this would be a fun addition to a wall and it could make a great gift. Patina across including a few darker spots, but overall this is in good condition. No hook on the back so this would need to be hung with wall plate hanger.
