RETURNS

Before purchasing, please check that you are happy with the vintage condition of the item, including all measurements.

If you've changed your mind and no longer wish to keep the item you have purchased, please request a return within the 7 day return window. In order to be eligible for a refund, I'll need the item returned within 10 days of purchase.

A full refund not including delivery will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned items. The cost of the return delivery will need to be covered by the buyer.

I am not responsible for any loss or damage to a return in transit and I reserve the right to charge you for any such loss or damage. Returns are the responsibility of the customer until they returned safely, any orders that arrive damaged will not be refunded.

SHIPPING

UK DELIVERY

Shipping is available to all parts of the UK. Prices will vary depending on the size & weight of the item. A set rate will be applied at check out based on rates with couriers and the packaging cost.

For smaller & medium items, shipping is £15.

For larger items such as mirrors and large paintings, shipping is £20.

For items requiring a courier, shipping ranges from £30-80 depending on your delivery address.

For larger items such as furniture, please select 'Free pick up' at the check out and then send me a message to receive a delivery quote.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

If you would like to purchase from outside of the UK, please send me message prior to purchase so I can share a delivery quote.

SHIPPING TIME

I aim to ship items within 3-5 working days of your purchase. If your order is urgent, please send me a message and I'll help wherever I can!

If you need to delay your parcel, to avoid a missed delivery, please get in touch so I know when to post out the item.

COLLECTION

All items are available for collection from E17, London.

If you’d prefer to collect your items, I am happy to arrange a time that suits us both. Please select 'Pick Up' at the check out in order to do so.

Once you've purchased, I will send you a message to organise a suitable collection time.

Please arrange to collect your item within two weeks of purchase. Unless an alternative date has been agreed upon in advance post this date, uncollected items will not be eligible for a refund.

PACKAGING

I take great care in the packaging and delivery of all items purchased. I try to be sustainable wherever I can so all purchases are packed in recyclable packaging.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Despite using trusted delivery services, unfortunately damages can happen in transit. Although it is rare, I will offer a full refund and cover return delivery if the item arrives damaged.

If you do notice any damage not outlined within the product description, please photograph it and send me a message within 48 hours of the delivery being made, so I can undertake a review of the item.

If you fail to follow the above steps, your refund may be refused.
