TALL LIMED OAK CREST TALLBOY
In the style of Heals, a small toy boy / cabinet with a two door opening and three smooth opening drawers. Made of oak with a limed finish and hand carved floral crests at the top.
Originally purchased from the department store Gamages, in Holburn that was open between 1878 and 1972. These were purchased in the 30/40s and have been kept in the same family since their purchase. Marks on the top consistent with use. Great condition considering its age.
The handles aren't original to the piece but they are original Art Deco silver knobs that I sourced separately.
