SWEDISH CERAMIC DECORATIVE ORNAMENT
This piece was designed by Thomas Hellströrm, one of Sweden’s leading ceramic artists in the 20th century. He worked for Nittsjö, which is stamped on the base of this piece. I love the face and the detail on this – it instantly gives it character and charm, and would look great on shelving or a sideboard.
This also fits a 2cm candle however I did need to shave some of the base to make it fit perfectly.
Excellent vintage condition.
