SET OF FOUR RUSH DINING CHAIRS
A set of four wooden ladder back dining chairs with scalloped edges and rush seat pads. The rush has aged with patina, developing a rich golden tone. Structurally sound these chairs are a hallmark of classic European country furniture. I love the detail across these especially the diamond accents underneath the seat pads.
Sourced in Belgium. Great vintage condition with light wear consistent with their age.
The seat pads can be removed for easy cleaning. There is a small chip on the wood on one of the legs, see last picture and on some of the ladder backs, please see last pictures. New brackets have been under the seat pads to strengthen the joins although these are structurally sound.
